What We Do
See how SIGI drives positive change by delivering emergency support and empowering women affected by war and conflict with the skills to rebuild their lives and strengthen communities.
What SHEEInnovate Global Initiative is Doing?
How We Work
Our programs are integrated, sequential, and context-specific, combining humanitarian response with long-term empowerment.
SIGI collaborates with local NGOs, communities, universities, volunteers, and international donors to deliver meaningful, lasting impact for women and families affected by crisis. Through partnership-driven action, we support those most in need and work to build more resilient and inclusive communities.
Women’s Education and Empowerment Program
We deliver education-centered programs that equip women affected by conflict and displacement with the knowledge and skills needed to overcome structural barriers and rebuild their lives.
- Through supportive, peer-based learning environments, women strengthen confidence, expand capabilities, and develop the social, digital, and economic competencies required for meaningful participation in their communities.
- Delivery of structured education programs, including English language training, digital literacy, and academic and professional skill development.
- Provision of life skills training and access to professional certification pathways to strengthen communication, financial literacy, problem-solving, and enhance employability for long-term economic integration.

Relief of Poverty and Humanitarian Assistance
To relieve poverty by providing limited, targeted, and needs-based assistance to women and families experiencing severe deprivation as a result of armed conflict, forced displacement, or humanitarian crises, including:
- Provision of essential needs and dignity support to women affected by conflict in humanitarian settings (e.g., Kurdistan–Iraq and Sudan).
- Delivery of basic needs and limited financial assistance to vulnerable women facing immediate hardship.
- Referral and support services for low-income newcomer and refugee women in host countries who face barriers to accessing essential resources.
Why This Work Matters
SHEEInnovate Global initiative is not created to speak for women in conflict zones.
It was created to work with them, responding to what they say they need most:
- Safety
- Skills
- Opportunity
- Dignity
By combining humanitarian response with education and economic pathways, we aim to support women not only to survive—but to rebuild and lead.
